Senior Social Media Manager

Commerce, the parent company of BigCommerce, Feedonomics and Makeswift, is hiring a Senior Social Media Manager to own organic social media for all four of its brands. The role also handles social content for selected senior leaders and works with the Creative, PR, Demand Gen, Content and Product Marketing teams.

• Write an organic social strategy for each brand and maintain a rolling four week content calendar covering every brand and channel.
• Write captions, threads, short video scripts and executive posts, and produce routine images and video in tools such as Canva and CapCut.
• Publish on LinkedIn, X, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube, adapting each post to the platform, and cover keynotes and events as they happen.
• Run the employee advocacy program and manage social posting for selected executives.
• Define KPIs for each channel and brand, report monthly with Sprout Social and Google Analytics, and check every post for accuracy and voice before it goes out.
• Candidates need five or more years in social media strategy and content creation, ideally with B2B tech experience, strong writing skills and hands on short video editing ability.

Location: United States, Remote, with additional locations in Austin, TX and Atlanta, GA. The posting body asks for a candidate based in Austin who can be in the office at least three days a week.

Salary: $110,000 to $150,000 (pay transparency range)
