The Content Marketing Manager, Content Offers, will drive the strategy and execution of premium content for key audience segments, with a focus on business professionals, entrepreneurs, and sales teams. This role will support multiple brands and media channels, ensuring high-value content aligns with the needs of core audience segments across each platform.

Core Responsibilities

  • Lead Premium Content Creation: Develop and manage content offers across HubSpot’s key channels, including YouTube, newsletters, and blogs, with a focus on engaging entrepreneur, sales, and business growth audiences.
  • Execute Multi-Channel Strategy: Coordinate impactful content across multiple platforms, leveraging data and analytics to track performance and refine strategies.
  • Enhance Resource Value: Elevate the quality of resources by incorporating original research, creator partnerships, and new, engaging content formats that stand out.
  • Align with Strategic Insights: Use data-driven editorial strategies informed by audience insights to focus on high-demand topics and trends, ensuring content resonates with target segments.
  • Identify Market Gaps: Continuously assess the competitive landscape to identify unmet needs in resources, enhancing the brand’s positioning.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with writers, editors, and producers to ensure a seamless transition from editorial content to conversion-focused offers, creating a cohesive user journey.

Cash compensation range: 70,000-105,000 USD Annually

The cash compensation above includes base salary, on-target commission for employees in eligible roles, and annual bonus targets under HubSpot’s bonus plan for eligible roles. In addition to cash compensation, some roles are eligible to participate in HubSpot’s equity plan to receive restricted stock units (RSUs). Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay. Individual compensation packages are based on a few different factors unique to each candidate, including their skills, experience, qualifications, and other job-related reasons.
