Whether you’re using a free WordPress theme or a Premium WordPress theme, you’ll likely need to upload the theme zip file to your website in order to activate and use it.

How to Upload a WordPress Theme Zip File

1. Hover over Appearance and then click on Themes.
2. Click on the Add New button.
3. Click on the Upload Theme button.
4. Click on the Choose File button and upload your WordPress theme zip file.
5. Click Install Now.

Once your new WordPress theme is done installing, click on Activate.  You will then need to install and activate the required plugins to run your theme

On the Install Required Plugins page, select all of the plugins and select Install from the Bulk Actions dropdown.

Once the plugins are done installing, select the plugins and choose Activate from the Bulk Actions dropdown.
