Key job responsibilities
The Online Content and Experience Marketing Manager will work closely and cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to support comprehensive online marketing content strategy for Amazon Fresh. The Online Content and Experience Marketing Manager will own launch and management of critical marketing projects to hit customer, revenue, and profitability goals.
Main responsibilities will include:
-Own launch and management of online marketing strategy and site merchandising content, overseeing multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement and retention year-round
-Help inform customer experience guardrails for all online marketing content and onsite merchandising, including project work-backs and execution plans for specific marketing content
-Perform marketing performance deep dives, compiling and analyzing onsite, customer, and campaign metrics to identify potential opportunities for growth and improvement
-Ensure high bar of online customer experience for year-round
-Coordinate with internal stakeholders on online marketing strategy and inputs, ensuring deliverables are met and processes are in place to maintain quality execution
-Identify ways to streamline online marketing content execution and management for central and category marketing teams
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
– 2+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
– Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
– Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
– Experience with onsite marketing, lifecycle marketing and digital advertising
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
– Knowledge of HTML, XML, and Excel
– Experience leading cross-functional teams to establish strong partnerships with demonstrable results
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $58,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $125,100/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
