Here in Worldwide Developer Relations, we work diligently to ensure that developers have all of the support they need to create the apps that impact the lives of all our customers. Join Apple, and help us leave the world better than we found it. We are seeking an exceptional candidate with strong data analytics experience and an aptitude for providing product and operations teams with insights that help identify opportunities and measure success.
As a Data Analyst, you will support a number of teams within Worldwide Developer Relations ranging from transactional services, support and product marketing. Experience with building reports for support teams to measure their performance, backlog, and outcomes is critical. The data we rely on to build analysis and reporting comes from many teams and sources across Apple, making this role highly cross-functional. Comfort working with engineering, business, and legal teams is a must. You will need to articulate requirements when new data sets are requested, and build relationships to understand what exists. Because our team supports Developer Relations, many of the insights we provide come from a deep understanding of Apple’s policies, developer tools, and the makeup of apps themselves. This role requires business-savvy, curiosity and a technical mindset.
